WEEK 8: Which Players Should You START This Week In NFL Fantasy Football?

Not too many shocks to report this week, although the shutout at Twickenham Stadium should keep the LA Rams feeling pretty happy with themselves as they get rested during their Bye Week in Week 8 – sorry Cardinals fans!

Aside from me choosing Leonard Fournette (who was left out of Jacksonville’s team this week due to injury), last week we made some START picks that we hope helped your Fantasy team get a W in Week 7. And we have highlighted some of these picks here:

Chris Thompson = 10.40 Fantasy points (included 64 yards & 1 TD)

Mark Ingram = 15.00 Fantasy points (included 110 yards & 1 TD)

There are quite a few teams on Bye Weeks this week. These include:

    • Arizona Cardinals
    • Green Bay Packers
    • Jacksonville Jaguars
    • Los Angeles Rams
    • New York Giants
    • Tennessee Titans
  • Week 8: Which Player Has To Start In NFL Fantasy This Week?

Each week members of Into The End Zone makes their one pick for a player must start in your NFL Fantasy Football team.

This could be because we like the match up, they're already scoring points for fun or because we genuinely just fancy it!

Thomas Devonta FreemanRunning BackAtlanta Falcons@ New York JetsThis is a nice match up for Freeman against a Jets D that ranks near the bottom of the league in rushing yards allowed. Freeman hasn't wowed in the last 2 weeks but if the Falcons are to get a W (lost their last 3) they need to use Freeman more - this is that game!
Neil Jerick McKinnonRunning BackMinnesota Vikings@ Cleveland Browns Its the final London game and the passing game hasn't really got going in this years series games. Vikings to lean a bit on their running back.
Matt ("Stats")A.J. GreenWide ReceiverCincinnati Bengalsvs. Indianapolis ColtsThe Colts give up on average 300 passing yards per game.
A.J. Green has been one of the only stand out performers on this Bengals team so far.
After last weeks loss, the Bengals know they need a win to start making ground up on the Ravens & Steelers.
CarterHunter HenryTight EndLos Angeles Chargers@ New England PatriotsHenry is arguably the Chargers top TE with the G.O.A.T Gates seeing less snaps as the season progresses, paving the way for his successor Henry. The Chargers have always produced good Tight End play and look for Henry to be targeted a lot in the end zone with the Patriots giving up 15 receiving touchdowns this year -the most in the league.
RickyLeGarrette BlountRunning BackPhiladelphia Eaglesvs. San Francisco 49ersAlthough Aaron, from ITEZ, would disagree, the 49ers have not performed well this season. Blount is coming off a poor fantasy week last week, but I think he will bounce back this week in a decent match up, where the Eagles should lead and will churn the clock with the Running Back.
