So that’s 2/3 on my tips the last 3 weeks now!
This time it was the Chiefs D that finally decided to show up after 4 woeful weeks and ruin our treble, not to mention Bortles turning the ball over 5 times reverting back to his old self.
The frustrating start continues being 7/15 on single selections and no full house so far.
It’s week 6 now with an exciting matchup at Wembley to enjoy!
Side Note: Some of you may know I copped £330 from £2.50 stake in week 4 on 5 teams to score in every quarter, I recommend this bet for a bit of fun and tend to concentrate on teams playing against a poor defences, I don’t put this in my tips due to it being pure luck most of the time and I like to stick to totals etc. when selecting as I feel there is more in the matter of form and stats to give us an edge (not working out so far I know) but I’ll continue to stick at it!
Carolina Panthers @ Washington Redskins
Over 44.5 Points – (10/11) – Bet365
Panthers are on a bit of a roll eclipsing 30+ points in their last 2, Redskins seemingly good D so far this season got exposed on Monday night to another NFC South team and they’ve been hit and miss on offense so far, I fancy this to be fairly high scoring, if the Panthers “keep on pounding” like they have been and the Redskins do what their fellow NFC East rivals the Giants did to Carolina last week, this game could be a high scoring thriller, especially if the Panthers Offense has to keep bailing out their shaky D.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Atlanta Falcons
Falcons Team Points Over 30.5 – (5/6) – Bet365
So the Falcons are not looking good sitting at 1-4, this is a must win if they’re to have any hopes of making the playoffs, barring last week they’ve been involved in 4 pretty tight affairs and a home matchup against a division rival that got blown away 2 weeks ago (Bucks were on a bye last week) looks an ideal matchup to get back to winning ways, they’ve struggled on Defence this year so even if Tampa brings an upset I can see Atlanta sticking with them at least, or rather more likely I think they’ll comfortably beat them.
Los Angeles Chargers @ Cleveland Browns
LA Chargers -1 on Hcap – (10/11) – Bet365
Ok, this isn’t because I’m a biased Chargers fan, I genuinely think that LA has a far superior team to Cleveland, even if we were their only win before their 2 this season. The Chargers D is starting to look like it should even without Bosa, they have so much talent on offense and Rivers playing some MVP stuff so far (along with a few other QB’s) Cleveland has 2 wins this year already!!
All of their games win or lose have been decided by 4 or fewer so they’ve kept it close, Chargers lead the Browns 16-9 in the series and this is a game the Chargers will really want to win getting them to 4-2 before a trip to London next week, so I’ll go with Rivers and Co to get the business done in Cleveland.
